Redefining CIO engagement through experience-led networking
Fentons IT (FIT), in partnership with IceWarp, recently hosted an exclusive CIO (Chief Information Officers) networking cocktail evening titled “The IceBreaker Moment,” bringing together senior IT leaders from Sri Lanka’s leading organisations.
Held on 24th April at SHARK by Port City, the event was designed as a relaxed, open-air gathering, moving away from traditional corporate formats to encourage meaningful conversations and authentic engagement. The audience included CIOs and technology decision-makers from over 40 organisations, primarily across the BFSI sector, alongside telecom, manufacturing, and diversified conglomerates.
The evening offered attendees a valuable opportunity to interact directly with IceWarp’s global leadership beyond traditional formal settings, encouraging more open and meaningful engagement, dialogue, and knowledge sharing.
The two-hour event featured interactive activities including the IceWarp Trivia Quiz, “Who’s Behind the Ice?” challenge, a scavenger hunt, and a catch dart game, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere supported by an experienced MC and light entertainment.
Key moments of the evening also included the recognition of valued customers through memento presentations, alongside the opportunity for select clients to share their experiences with IceWarp solutions, adding a personal and authentic dimension to the gathering.
