As part of National Safety Week, Hayleys Fentons conducts an annual Hazard Identification Competition to strengthen employee awareness of workplace hazards and safe working practices.
Using practical scenarios and visual illustrations drawn from real work environments, employees identify hazards, assess risks and demonstrate the appropriate controls. The competition encourages participation, teamwork, critical thinking and proactive hazard recognition, reinforcing a safety-first culture across the organisation.
