Sustainability governance is integrated into our broader corporate governance framework, ensuring that environmental, social and governance considerations are reflected in strategy, risk management, investment decisions and operational oversight.

The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for the Company’s strategic direction and sustainability oversight, supported by the ESG Steering Committee, Compliance & ESG Committee, Compliance & ESG Division, and relevant business functions. This structure enables clear accountability from Board level direction through to operational implementation.
