- Comprehensive GHG Accounting – Measuring Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions across our operationally controlled business activities.
- Independent Verification – Subjecting our organisational GHG Statement to independent third-party verification to strengthen credibility, transparency and reliability.
- Third Consecutive Verification – By 2025/26, Hayleys Fentons had completed its third consecutive annual independent GHG verification, demonstrating continuity and maturity in our carbon accounting and reporting process.
- Continuous Data Improvement – Strengthening data collection, supporting documentation, internal review and quality-control processes through each verification cycle.
- Expanding Emissions Coverage – Progressively improving the completeness of our inventory, with approximately 80% of identified emission sources captured across the six GHG emission categories considered.
- Identifying Reduction Opportunities – Using verified GHG data to identify emission hotspots, prioritise reduction opportunities and monitor performance.
- Supporting Decarbonisation – Advancing renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable transportation, responsible resource management and waste-reduction initiatives.
